U9 MD bring home the Southern Counties B Division Championship!
Congratulations to the Bilger Slinger Services Inc U9 MD team on securing the Southern Counties B division championship today with a convincing 8-2 final score !  Good luck next week in your Silver Stick tournament. GO LEAFS GO

Both U11 teams had great showings in their Welland tournament this weekend with both teams earning a win on their final game of the season.  Both teams had a great season this year and finished strong in their divisions.  Way to go Leafs!  

Our U6, U7 and U8 teams are also having fun and picking up some W's in their season games and jamborees, with a few more games on the horizon.

Erie Shores Wind Farm
Erie Shores Wind Farm consists of 661 General Electric SLE1.5 wind turbines/generators located along the north shore of Lake Erie between Copenhagen and Clear Creek, Ontario. The electrical energy generated by the wind turbines is collected and delivered by 34.5 kV lines, which ultimately deliver the power to the Port Burwell substation. At the substation, the voltage is increased to 115 kV for delivery to Ontario’s transmission grid. All electricity generated by Erie Shores is sold to the Ontario Power Authority under a power purchase agreement. Erie Shores is one of the largest wind power facilities in Ontario, representing approximately 4.8% of Ontario’s installed wind power capacity.
