AGM Tuesday Aug 10 at 7 pm

Hello Leafs !

Our AGM is scheduled for
Tuesday August 10 at 7 pm
Location: the pavilion (behind the arena)

We are always looking for volunteers, coaches, and executive members to help our season run smoothly. ANY help is appreciated. LAMHA is also looking into starting a fundraising committee and would appreciate any help, ideas or input. Please join us on August 10th, we would love to see you !

We are waiting on the county to give us more information before sharing any registration details- STAY TUNED. Please keep an eye out on this website or like our Facebook page for updates.

We are looking forward to getting back on the ice in the old barn with our Leaf families......its been way too long !

Erie Shores Wind Farm

Erie Shores Wind Farm consists of 661 General Electric SLE1.5 wind turbines/generators located along the north shore of Lake Erie between Copenhagen and Clear Creek, Ontario. The electrical energy generated by the wind turbines is collected and delivered by 34.5 kV lines, which ultimately deliver the power to the Port Burwell substation. At the substation, the voltage is increased to 115 kV for delivery to Ontario’s transmission grid. All electricity generated by Erie Shores is sold to the Ontario Power Authority under a power purchase agreement. Erie Shores is one of the largest wind power facilities in Ontario, representing approximately 4.8% of Ontario’s installed wind power capacity.
